Palamino Closeup

Here's an experiment I did with Staedtler Watercolor graphite pencils.   I tried them out on Strathmore Toned Blue mixed media paper, which is quite thick at 184lb.  There's literally no warping in the paper from the watercolor.   Amazing.  The white here is a Prismacolor premiere colored pencil.

Anyway, I loved this picture, you can just feel the power of this beautiful animal.
